Shaina is recognized as a leading specialist in company law, foundation law and securities law. She has extensive experience with national and cross border restructurings, including mergers, demergers, share capital structures and related issues, shareholder matters, establishment and dissolution of companies and foundations, as well as with all aspects of listed companies' compliance with securities law and corporate governance.

As a member of the ‘Danish Lawyer's Expert Committee on Corporate Law’ and of the ‘Danish Commerce and Companies Appeals Board’, Shaina has achieved a key position in relation to the ongoing development of the rules and practices within company and foundation law. She advises Danish and foreign industrial and financial companies and has participated as a company law specialist in a number of ground-breaking capital market and M&A transactions in Denmark.

Through her many years of advising insurance and pension companies with restructurings, mergers, and portfolio transfers, Shaina has also gained in-debt knowledge of regulatory processes in connection with major organizational changes in the insurance and pension industry.

With her commercial and practical approach, she ensures that the clients achieve their goals in the best and most efficient way possible and with a result that matches the clients’ needs and wishes. In her advice, Shaina focuses in particular on value-creating results, quality and not least, the personal relationship and close dialogue.

During her time at Plesner, Shaina played a key role in launching the firm’s award-winning school project, where she served as coordinator, role model, and project leader for about 10 years. The project supports and inspires public school students facing challenges in the final three years of their education, encouraging them to continue pursuing further studies.
